The Ultrasound Diagnostic Center is housed in a modern space in the center of Paphos (46 Alexandrou Ypsilanti Street, 200m from LIDL) and is owned and operated by Dr. Andreas Andreou, a well respected radiologist. The center has plenty of free parking, a comfortable waiting area and spacious offices. In addition to the in-house services below, we also offer a full range of MRI and CT imaging.

Ultrasound examinations are performed at our center:

  • Upper abdomen
  • (liver, pancreas, gall bladder, kidneys)
  • Lower abdomen
  • (bladder, uterus, ovaries in women and bladder, prostate in men)
  • Cervical-thyroid-parathyroid glands
  • Breasts
  • Scrotum
  • Musculoskeletal

Vascular examinations with the doppler-triplex method are also performed:

  • Carotid
  • Abdominal aorta
  • Renal arteries
  • Arteries and veins of upper and lower extremities

Fatty infiltration of the liver is also measured and liver fibrosis checked with the elastography method (new method).
